Community–Coming Together

As most of you know, our boys soccer team won the Region this year and represented the school with skill, grace and tenacity in the State semi-final on Wednesday night.  I am incredibly proud of these players and their coaches.   These are great team accomplishments.  And, we can never forget that these moments are not simply about a team or a group of players.  These celebrations are chances to come together–to recognize our collective power.  I’ve included a few photos snapped over the last week for those of you who may have missed the chance to join our celebrations.

I look forward to the next time we have a chance to witness our collective strength, cheer our students on, and revel in their talent and tenacity.  We all have plenty of chances to be a part of this collective community called The Roeper School.    Here are just a few to consider…Company opens next weekend, Liam Rybiki-Kler runs in the State Cross Country meet on Saturday, our Robotics team competes the next two Saturdays at 9 a.m.

Be a part of the audience, a part of the cheering section, a part of this place.

Happy Friday,

Lisa Baker
