Max ended his career with 102 career goals tying the Oakland County career goal scoring record.”
Coach of the Year Ed Sack, Birmingham Roeper — Sack led Roeper to not only its first boys soccer state championship, but the school’s first team state championship in any sport. The Roughriders’ high-powered offense scored 29 goals in seven playoff games. “We are exceedingly proud to be part of a group to bring Roeper its first team state championship,” Sack said. “Watching these kids that have made a choice to pursue excellence in the classroom and fulfill their dreams on the soccer field is beyond words. I really think they represent the true meaning of student athlete.”
