Celebrate Worldwide Intellectual Property Day with special presentations and guests from the US Patent & Trademark Office and local IP specialists who will help kids and budding entrepreneurs decipher how to protect their great ideas. Experts will be on hand to help attendees learn about patents, trademarks and copyrights. Activities will include hunts for great patents in the Museum. Programming is aligned for Boy and Girl Scout troops working on business and IP related badges, but is open to all residents and students. The World IP event will take place Saturday May 6 at Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation from 10 a.m. – 12noon .
