There are still spaces available in our popular and worthwhile SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) program for parents. It’s a wonderful way to meet other parents and have meaningful discussions about differences. SEED participants come away from the program with newfound insights and sensitivities about living in a diverse world.
“A SEED seminar involves participants in a series of monthly three-hour seminars during the academic year. Participants explore their own education in relation to race, gender, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual identity, abilities, and age, and how these factors currently impact their school and classrooms.”
