Got books? RoeperFest Book Sale Needs Books

Dear Roeperians,

Please help. Pretty please with sugar on top and a bit of panic in our hearts. It appears that we have fewer than our usual 8,986,043,593 books for the All-School Book Sale. And you can help.

Please consider any of the following:

1)   Please check your shelves and basement. If you get rid of all your books, you have room and reason to get more.

2)   To get back at a spouse or older sibling or a neighbor you don’t like, you could donate their books. (Roeper does not condone, encourage or acknowledge this message).

3)   No books to donate? Please do not go out and buy books to donate; just give us the money you would have spent by doing so. Please appreciate the fact we are saving you a shopping trip.

Remember, the 6th and 7th graders are counting on this fundraiser to lower their trip costs and to give scholarships for Ohiopyle. And, the Roeper community has come to rely on this one-a-year bonanza for book lovers.
